Richard Benoit
Richard Benoit, President - Rick brings to Ra Power Solutions nearly 20 years of experience as a management professional, financial executive, and entrepreneur. He has worked with large organizations in both the US and abroad, and also has been part of the executive team for several small and medium-sized internet technology businesses.
Rick holds an International MBA in Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, passed the CPA Exam, and received his BA in History and French from Colgate University. He lives in Maine with his wife Chauna and three kids, Clarisse, Mitchell, and Gabrielle.

Dean Scontras, Vice President and Head of Business Development - Dean Scontras brings 15 years of very successful sales and marketing experience to Ra Power Solutions. Mr. Scontras was involved in the infancy of several start up organizations and international companies. He helped develop authorized partner programs, managed large volume distribution partners, and organized and managed programs for large service provider partners. While at Checkpoint Software, Mr. Scontras built a distribution and service provider strategy that increased sales $13 million in 12 months.
